Cycle Care Haven was founded in 2017 by Thabo Nkosi with a simple goal: make bicycle maintenance easy to understand and easy to arrange for local riders.

From the first inquiry through intake, inspection, approval, repair, and quality check, we keep each stage visible and practical. That approach helps customers understand the condition of their bicycle before any final quote is confirmed.

We also provide a written inspection summary and a compatibility check for replacement components, so any ordered parts are chosen only after the bicycle has been assessed.
